HONG-WEI provides services in design, manufacture, sales, maintenance and servicing of various elevators. It is now the biggest and the most well-known specialized design and manufacturer of cargo elevators in Taiwan.
Keeping a motto of "customers supreme and service first", HONG-WEI enables its customers to use safe, comfortable and smooth elevators 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We provide toll-free service call for customers to ask for repair. Meanwhile, S.O.P. and measures have been enacted in service section hoping to achieve a perfect customer service system.

Warranty covered service:
Once per month for periodical free maintenance covered by the warranty. |

Periodical maintenance service:
Under contract to execute periodical maintenance as well as education
and training by dedicated persons. |

Call for repair service:
The service unit provides toll-free service line and keeps on-line with the maintenance units, which stand by at all time. Provide customers call for repair or reflect opinion or complaints. |

Safety inspection service:
On receiving calls from customers under warranty or periodical maintenance notifying the safety inspection imposed on their equipment, the Company will dispatch special persons to assist them in receiving such inspection on the inspection date. |

Repair service:
The servicing unit is responsible for providing sound repair service with parts and components replacement when finding any faulty part/component which needs replacement and repair during their periodical maintenance or trouble-shooting. |
